2. استخدم لغة الجسد: لغة الجسد تلعب دورًا كبيرًا في التواصل. تأكد من أن تعبيرات وحركات جسمك تعكس مشاعرك ونياتك.

3. كن واضحًا: تجنب اللغة المبهمة والمفاهيم غير المفهومة. كن واضحًا في تعبيرك عن أفكارك واحتياجاتك.

4. ابن جسوراً: حاول بناء جسور من خلال التواصل مع الآخرين. ابحث عن النقاط المشتركة وكن مفتوحًا للتفاهم.

5. التقدير والاحترام: قدر آراء وأفكار الآخرين حتى إذا لم تتفق معها. الاحترام المتبادل يسهم في بناء علاقات صحية.

6. التفهم العاطفي: حاول فهم مشاعر الآخرين وتجاهلك لهم. تذكر أن التواصل يشمل أحيانًا التعبير عن المشاعر والمشاكل.
