*Position:*
HSE Engineer
*Experience & Qualification:*
- Bachelor degree in Engineering.
- 3 – 6 years experience in the same field.
- Having a certificate of (OSHAS) or (NEBOSH) and any of HSE and Safety.
- Ensure the implementation and promotion of a Health and safety culture across company through the provision and implementing Health and safety policies and procedures, including risk assessment, accident prevention, health initiatives and acknowledged personal responsibility.
- Provide all required support and guidance for the HSE team to ensure transfer of knowledge, the proper utilization of human resources, and achieve planned performance.
- coordinate with operation and other departments to deliver comprehensive Health and Safety training to promote, develop and sustain a positive Health and Safety awareness culture.
- Provide appropriate risk assessment methodology to comply with legislation and ensure all potential risks are identified and control measures implemented and monitored.
- Contribute to the development of safety programs and ensure the availability of safety manuals, hazardous area instructions, safety materials, safety publications and posters.
- Handle safety assessments and deploy corrective measures to minimize hazard / risk profile.
- Participate in conducting safety audits both internal and external.
- Preparing all requested reports including but not limited to (Monthly, weekly, and required registers).
- Monitor the HSE performance and practices to ensure Companies operations and plant assets are operating safely and in accordance with the HSE standards, policies and procedures.
