Minimum job responsibilities:

In the food industry, an office manager typically handles:
1. Administrative Tasks: Managing daily operations, correspondence, and scheduling.
2. Financial Management: Overseeing billing, budgeting, and payroll.
3. Compliance with Regulations: Ensuring adherence to standards.
4. Human Resources: Handling hiring, training, employee issues & raise the engagement %. 
5. Supplier and Client Relations: Managing communications and coordination.
6. Facility Maintenance: Ensuring office and facilities are well-maintained.
7. Project Management: Overseeing project completion, efficiency & reporting. 
8. Technology Management: Managing office technology and systems.
