we are pleased to announce the following job vacancy in our Internal Audit Department.
Job Title : Head of Information Systems Audit
Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting GCIA in delivering an independent and objective risk based internal audit service designed to systematically evaluate and improve BOK control and governance processes through leading and delivering allocated audit assignments and through planning, fieldwork and reporting and follow up with minimal supervision this will be through proper resource management and quality assurance of the IS audit team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess potential risks to BOK information systems and make sure working online with current statutory and regulatory requirements
- Over-sighting local and overseas subsidiaries information systems and provide assurance to the GCIA of the level of controls and control environment.
- Assist GCIA in audit engagement planning and reporting activities in addition to Coordination with IT, business, Operational risk, IT projects and compliance teams to obtain inputs for audit processing.
- Develop and implement complex audit test plans.
- Coordinate, Manage, monitor and evaluate audit team in all audit activities within the organization and related follow-up activities Identify critical risks and recommend corrective steps to address the risks
- Take accountability for end to end IS audits process and deliverables
- Undertake their assigned audits on time and to quality standards of BOK GIA.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or computer engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 7 years audit experience including at least 4 years in senior position, with extensive knowledge and experience in IT banking operations and relevant information security frameworks and standards pertaining to banking industry.
- Master degree and /or Professional Certification in IT Audit, Risk and Security e.g. CISA, CIA, CISM or CISSP is preferred.
