أخصائي رواتب


إعلان عن شاغر وظيفي لأخصائي رواتب

المتطلبات :قدرة على التعامل مع الأنظمة المحاسبية وبرامج الرواتب الإلكترونية.
معرفة بأنظمة العمل السعودية وقوانين العمل المتعلقة بالرواتب.
مهارة في إعداد تقارير الرواتب الشهرية والسنوية.
القدرة على حساب التسوية النهائية للموظفين عند إنهاء خدماتهم.
فهم جيد للتأمينات الاجتماعية (تسجيل الموظفين، المدفوعات، والخصومات).
القدرة على استخدام برامج المحاسبة مثل Excel أو برامج الرواتب المتخصصة.

خبرة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات في إعداد الرواتب للموظفين السعوديين والأجانب.
خبرة في حساب التسوية النهائية للموظفين.
خبرة في التعامل مع التأمينات الاجتماعية (من حيث التسجيل، الإعفاءات، والخصومات).

المؤهل العلمي: بكالوريوس في المحاسبة.

المهام: إدارة عمليات إعداد الرواتب الشهرية.
حساب التسويات النهائية عند انتهاء عقود الموظفين.
متابعة استحقاقات الموظفين في التأمينات الاجتماعية.
